Stephanie is a full-spectrum doula and intuitive chef who offers holistic support for every stage of the reproductive journey. Through her practice, she weaves ancestral wisdom, nourishing food, and gentle presence into a sacred offering of care. As a doula, she provides emotional, physical, and informational support that honors each client’s unique path — whether during pregnancy, birth, postpartum, or beyond.
Her approach is rooted in trust, rest, and radical nourishment.
As a chef, she prepares deeply healing, mostly plant-based meals that reflect the season, the body’s needs, and her client’s cravings. From warming broths and grounding stews to vibrant bowls and lactation treats, each dish is infused with intention, love, and respect for food as medicine. With her dual gifts in both culinary and doula care, Stephanie creates an experience that is whole, thoughtful, and deeply human — one where clients feel fed, seen, and held.
