Meal Drop-off: meals for lactation support and after birth healing, can also be shared with the family — investment: $80-$100 per meal set (varies by ingredients and number of meals)

Yoni Steam or Herb Bath session: includes herbs, set up, and herbs to drink — investment: $75

Lactation Support Visit: troubleshooting, position suggestions, herb and food recs that support lactation — investment: $50 

Birth Education Session: offered every 4 weeks. You have the option to purchase the full course or purchase by topic.
